Rodger will collect your bike and drop it off which is so much more convenient than using a LBS. He will go the extra mile if your in a pickle ( I need my bike for work ) definitely worth five stars.

Rodger is a complete star. He sorted out a faulty gear lever the night before a Velo (Eden Valley). Loaned me the parts from his spares. a true lifesaver.

I contacted Cycle Surgeon in a mad rush leading into the new school term. My partner needed access to the car for work and I needed a travel solution. Having bought from a bigger retailer previously I always thought of them as big, unapproachable, and dare I say it… inexperienced – feeling a little short changed and left cold by the end of the transaction. I needed someone personable, straight talking and… you guessed it… experienced. Someone who gave me confidence when I walked away that I’d made a solid reliable purchase. I found this in Cycle Surgeon. Phoned up with a week to spare – “Have you got a bike lying around you could sell?” “Yes, and it will cost this much” Went round a week later, got the full tour round my new bike and rode away assured I’d been given the best bang for my buck. Very happy with this service.
